- Attended XXII, All India Sociological Conference held at Osmania University, Hyderabad in Dec/1997 and presented a research paper entitled “social change among the Barmans of Barak Valley Assam”.
- One research paper published in Emerging Trends in Development Research, Vol -8 & No 2, 2004 pp 3-18, Meerut.
- One research paper entitled “A study on kinship practice among the Dimasas: With special reference to Dimasas of Barak Valley” published in Departmental Journal “Mankind” of Anthropology Department G.C. College Silchar” in 2004
- Presented a paper in a seminar organized by Research and Consultancy Cell Radhamadhav College Silchar during 2005 and topic was” The Vitality of India”.
- Presented a paper in a seminar on “Importance of policy planning in WASH: With special ref to ensure sustainability” organized by Rajiv Gandhi National Drinking Water Mission GOI during 2008 at Ramakrishna Mission Loka Siksha Parisad, Narendrapur, Kolkata, West Bengal.
