Students are introduced to a wide range of surgical techniques and procedures, including sterilization methods, surgical instrument handling, pre-operative and post-operative care, and surgical team roles and responsibilities.

The course is planned in such a way that students not only get theoretical knowledge through classroom teaching but also focus on practical training. Different industrial visits and events are organized by the department to impart the in-depth knowledge of the students.
