  2. No boarder will be allowed to leave the hostel before completion of one year. For any compulsion, if anyone leaves the hostel before the time, they have to pay 50% of hostel fee as compensation of loss.
  3. Caution Deposit will not be adjusted with any other fees. In case of withdrawal/completion of courses, Caution Deposit will be refunded only in the month of June (at the end of even semester examination).
  4. Hostel dues will not be subsidized during project work/internship & vacations/breaks.
  5. If any student leaves for any vacation, he/she has to submit the room keys to the warden at the time of leaving the hostel.
