• Antimicrobial effect of peptide isolated from chicken blood against bacteria infecting poultry.
• Production of alcohol from three different Tea varieties of Assam and analysis of phytochemical, and antioxidant properties.
• Antimicrobial effect of two Tea varieties of Assam on bacteria causing Urinary tract infection, and analysis of its antioxidant properties.
• Isolation and characterization of antibiotic resistant bacteria from fecal matter of local and broiler chicken from Assam.
• Antimicrobial effect and production of probiotic from Aegle marmelos, Garcinia pedunculata and Limonia acidissima, product evaluation and analysis of antioxidant properties.
