My research profile comprises a diverse range of investigations within the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Entrepreneurship, and Social Entrepreneurship. For my PhD, I am researching the effect of CSR on organizational attractiveness, particularly concerning prospective employees, and how this relationship is moderated by Personal Values. The study will provide insights into how prospective employees assess CSR information when choosing employers and their preference for CSR dimensions- internal vs. external. It will also identify the values preferred by prospective employees, enabling organizations to align and adopt strategies to enhance their attractiveness and effectiveness.
In my current research, I focus on CSR and consumer purchase intention. I am investigating how companies’ CSR practices influence consumer purchase intentions and how this relationship may be mediated by organizational image and brand loyalty. The study will shed light on how organizations’ CSR practices can influence consumers to buy their products and how this influence can be mediated by organizational image and brand loyalty.
