ERDF is registered as a charitable trust under the Indian Trust Act 1882 and the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Headquartered at ERDF Bhawan, Lalmati Road, Bhetapara, Guwahati, it has grown into the largest and fastest-growing educational network in North East India.
