Ms. Niharika Saikia is an Assistant professor at the School of Law and Research in USTM. She is doing her Ph.D in  Advance study of International Relation (USTM). She has completed her Masters in International Relation from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and Bachelors in Political Science from Cotton College , Guwahati. Prior to this ,she was working with Vietnam Embassy , New Delhi , Dispur College ,Guwahati and Down town University.

 

Conference

  • Participated as a Delegate from India in the 2 nd ASEAN-INDIA Youth Summit which was held in Guwahati from 3-6 Feb, 2019.
  • Presented paper, titled “HO CHI MINH: A Nationalist Revolutionary at the Young Scholar Conference organized by the Centre for Vietnam Studies, New Delhi.
  • Participated as a Youth Delegate in the India-Korea Youth Dialogue organized by Embassy of the Republic of Korea and Confederation of Young Leaders.
  • Participated in Conference on India-Russia in the 21 st century: Enhancing the special privileged strategic partnership organized by Embassy of Russia in India, Russian International Affair Council, SPMRF and NMML at New Delhi.
  • Participated in the International Conference on INDIA-VIETNAM: Strengthening Ties organized by Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, New Delhi.
